I believe it is important for us not to compare ourselves to others, but to understand how our own bodies work and find out what type of healing and what lifestyle will suit us. On your first appointment we will discuss your health in this holistic way, and this will help me tailor the treatment to you and enable us to work to achieve the balance that you desire.
I work using a combination of my knowledge as a therapist and my natural intuitive abilities so that your treatment is ‘your’ treatment. I believe in working to become the very best versions of ourselves and that healing can really help to change your life for the better.
I am very focused on the well being of clients as individuals and enjoy being able to see them regularly and help them on their own personal journey. When working I will create a space that is exclusive for them and give them the time out that they need, whether it is for relaxation or rejuvenation.
I understand that even what we think could be a small amount of stress from a job or relationship can manifest to change our health completely. It is important to be kind to ourselves and allow time to relax and care for our bodies. I empathize with suffering and understand that in this modern day it’s not usually possible to just stop working and get the rest we need.
