Hi Misty!
Thanks for writing. I think quartz is still my favourite out of all the crystals, especially for pain relief. I’ve found that by holding a chunk of clear quartz you can actually feel pain being lifted out. Sometimes I sleep holding crystals for night healing!
Glad you like this series, I’m just in the middle of adapting them into worksheets for my Life Coaching clients!

I love these! Before I knew black tourmaline was so special, I knew I was drawn to it and smoky quartz. Now that I know how powerful it is, it completely makes sense! I have black tourmaline in every room in my apartment. It has helped me tremendously. I made 10 black tourmaline rings for my Etsy store and sold them all in two weeks. I absolutely love this 3-part series. Thanks again!

Dear Louise, thank you so much for your words, I asked the Universe to guide me on the internet to the right message and it is clear that it was meant to come from you! Everything that you said resonates with me, yes, he is fearful and believes i will hamper his chance of getting into Heaven. I was coming from fear too, as i was feeling unfairly judged. He has his path and so do i, i’m surrendering this situation to the Universe now. Yes, i’d love to join you on Skype. Lots of Love and Light to you. Janet

Hi Janet,
Thank you so much for your comment. I’m so sorry to hear about your situation. I believe in a higher power and to me it is called ‘The Universe’ or ‘Love’. I believe that there are only two emotions, love and fear, and fear is a false creation and only love is real. I believe in practising gratitude and forgiveness and never punishment especially self punishment. If God is ‘Love’ then to me this higher power does not punish us and I believe if people say such things as ‘you won’t get to heaven’ etc then it is only a projection of fear which is a false creation. I feel that your partner is projecting his own fears at you, which is very common and we all do it at times. Remember that we are all on our own paths and everything that happens in our lives is part of our teaching process. He is on his own path and so are you and the path he takes will also teach him things along the way. It is important for you to try and separate that from ‘you’ and remember that it’s a projection ‘at’ you from his own experiences rather than an attack on your self. You are following a healing path and so will be always be supported by the Universe in love. This may be the point where you part ways and move forwards in your life and when you look at this situation in retrospect ahead of now then you will probably see how it steered your life ahead and was one of the challenges you faced.
Try to move forwards on your path and continue living in the healthiest way for you and recognise that the behaviour from him isn’t from a loving place (as you already have) and you can practice self love by beginning your healing process.
I’m currently working through Gabby Bernsteins new book ‘May cause miracles’ which is a 40 day workbook and is absolutely wonderful, with exercises about forgiveness, self love, gratitude and moving away from fear. I think you may find it helpful. I also offer coaching over Skype as well as in person if you would be interested.
